Job Description

Marketing Executive - Shevron

Main Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning Development

  • Support the Manager in overall marketing strategy development and execution

  • Manage the execution of the holistic marketing plan

  • Execute new product launches and campaigns

  • Collaborate with management to align brand and campaign and business objectives

  • Draft reports to relevant stakeholders

 

Digital Marketing

  • Execute digital campaigns with multiple channels (such as SEM, tactical display ads, SMM, Programmatic)

  • Understand the consumer profile and buying journey to propose new channels and ideas to stand out from the competition

  • Responsible for website management and enhancement

 

Social Media

  • Manage social platforms in line with requirements and campaigns

  • Uphold brand image on all social platforms

  • Responsible for liaisons with agencies to execute content and handling of community management

 

Events

  • Lead the execution of events

  • Manage agencies and vendors to produce event related materials

  • Oversee on-site event operations

  • Propose and monitor event budgets

 

Product literature and materials management

  • Manage website content, product brochures and pricelists

  • Oversee the development, production and manage supply of POS material, sales brochures, images, merchandise etc

 

Budget Administration

  • Track marketing expenditure and overall department budget

  • Responsible for administration of expenditure 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or its equivalent

  • Agency experience would be a plus

  • Good interpersonal and communications skills

  • High level of independence and initiative

  • Prior experience in advertising, events, media planning and budgeting

  • Able to work on weekends and afterhours for events

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
