Shermay’s Singapore Fine Food retails a range of Singaporean sauces and crackers based on Shermay’s family recipes and Singapore’s rich culinary heritage.
It includes convenient ready-to-eat condiments, such as chilli sauce (Cilicuka & Sambal Hijau), Ginger Garlic Sauce, and ready-to-cook marinade (Singapore Meat Marinade). The range of crackers features prawn crackers (Keropok) and bitternut crackers (Emping) which are perfect for dipping into the chilli sauces. The latest addition is her grandma’s recipe for Nonya Curry Powder for meat curry.
Nature of business: an office focusing on e-commerce. We pick, pack and supply to Redmart, Fairpice and Amazon daily or weekly. We warehouse, label, pack and send goods from here; also managed our own branding and digital marketing.

* Work-at-Office Day: Prefer Every Saturday (10am-6pm). Weekday or Sunday is possible, negotiable. WFH on other days, if there's any work to be done.
* Tasks: Full set of accounts, AP, AR and GL. Monthly bank reconciliation.
* Quarterly GST submission.
* Prepare schedules auditors for compilation of year end accounts.
* Preparation of financial statements.
* Payroll Computation.
* Processing, verifying and reconciliation of online customers.
* Prepare Payments.
* Other misc admin & accounts.
* Possibly: transfer from MYOB to online accounting software (e.g. Xero or Quickbooks). Currently using MYOB.
