Shermay’s Singapore Fine Food is a range of Singaporean sauces and crackers based on Shermay’s family recipes and Singapore’s rich culinary heritage. It includes convenient ready-to-eat condiments, such as chilli sauce (Cilicuka & Sambal Hijau), Ginger Garlic Sauce, and ready-to-cook marinade (Singapore Meat Marinade).
The range of crackers features prawn crackers (keropok) which are perfect for dipping into the chilli sauces and sambas. The latest addition is her grandma’s recipe for Nonya Curry Powder for meat curry which won an international award for Great Taste.
Our premium snacks and sauces are served on Singapore Airlines and retail on KrisShop. They are also available on Redmart, Amazon, FairPrice Marketplace, Shopee, Tangs, Grab, Foodpanda, and other platforms. We also supply hotels and clubs, such as The American Club, Tanglin Club, Shangri-La Hotel, Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Capella Hotel, Sheraton Towers Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, etc.
This brand has been in operations for 7 years, and Chef-Owner Shermay Lee is a veteran of the industry for 18 years.
Job Duties:
- eCommerce Platforms: update & maintain listings on Amazon. sg, shermay.com, Redmart.com, Tangs.com, FairPrice.com.sg, GrabMart, Foodpanda, etc.
- eCommerce Fulfillment: pack, send and invoice orders for B2B and B2C.
- Digital Marketing and Content Creation: create images and text to post on social media. - Product Launches: launch new products, execute marketing plan.
- Inventory Management.
- Product Design.
- Misc Admin.
* Key Projects in Next 3-6 Months: Launch new products. Brand audit, website revamp/redesign.
* Requirements/Qualifications: prefer a fresh graduate from any of the polytechnics, Singapore Management University (SMU), or other universities/colleges with a relevant background (ecommerce, business development, etc).
* Monthly pay: S$2,800-3,500, depending on candidate's relevant skills and work experience
