Job Description
  1. Handle customers’ enquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  2. Carry out testing and evaluation of power cables in accordance with international standards, including fibre optic testing and support for new testing areas
  3. Prepare work instructions, test reports, and inspection reports
  4. Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical or testing-related issues
  5. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  6. Maintain, operate, and take care of testing facilities and equipment
  7. Participate in process improvement projects to enhance testing services year on year
  8. Liaise with external calibration bodies and manage equipment calibration schedules
  9. Support project planning to ensure timelines are met
  10. Take part in ISO/IEC 17025 audits on a yearly basis
  11. Provide professional technical advice and solutions to customers
  12. Travel overseas occasionally for project support, mainly within the ASEAN region
  13. Promote a safe, inclusive, and ethical working environment in line with company values, EDI initiatives, and health & safety policies
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards; experience in quality control or the testing industry is a plus
  • Comfortable with hands-on work, including handling heavy testing equipment
  • Able to understand technical documents in Chinese and communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients when needed
  • Service- and results-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently under tight timelines
  • Positive attitude, resourceful, and willing to learn
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
  • 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Mandarin-speaking is required for this role"
