Job Description
  • Revenue audit 
  • Analyse information
  • Communication
  • Ensure the integrity of the accounting records kept in Accounts Receivable Section
  • Rectify missing or invalid data on bills
  • Ensure bills are accurate before sending out
  • Prepare discount and adjustment for billing wherever necessary
  • Update the list of filing records and help to dispose of old documents in accordance with the hotel’s document disposal policy
  • Account for safe keeping of all “Daily Transfer Records” and city ledger folios
  • Ensure proper filing in the department for easy retrieval
  • Assist Supervisor in overall month-end closing
  • Preparation of journals
  • Preparation of month end statistical reports & reconciliation
