The Finance intern shall be responsible for providing support to the Finance Department and also performs / handles all other duties as required. Maintain confidentiality in all matters of such nature and ensures smooth workflow in the Accounting and Finance Department.
# Mails Handling
# Handles non-PO invoices
# Handles purchase of gift vouchers as forwarded by operation departments
# Sets up and maintains a systematic filing system for Financial Controller’s correspondence
# Monitors and updates contracts, licences and capex
# Assists with Fixed Assets Verification exercise
# Inventory count – Beverage / Cash / OE.
