Job Description

Food and Beverage Service Crew

  • Ensure that service/items are prepared according to hotel minimum standards and standard procedures
  • Check quality/presentation/temperature of beverage/service prior to serving.
  • Ensure fill mise-en-place is prepared prior to start of operations and replenished afterwards.
  • Checks cleanliness of sections prior to and after service.
  • Ensures that all materials, equipment, and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage.
  • Practices economy of food, beverage, paper supplies, electricity, and water (practice recycling whenever possible)
  • Checks inventory in sections appointed for daily requisition.
  • Obtains customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction.
  • To relay any customer complaints to supervisors.
  • Acquire leadership skills on the administrative and strategic aspect of Food & Beverage Operations.
  • Exposure of the planning of scheduling of staffs’ roster.
  • Assists in any other tasks as specified by his/her Manager or Supervisor.
