Shaabaz Pte ltd is a weddings and events company built up by Mr Abdul Malieq back in 2010. We mostly do Indian Muslim weddings and a few Malay Muslim weddings along with an exhibition called Zak Salaam India Expo held thrice a year according to seasonal occassions.

After a decade, it gained numerous satisfied clients and reconstructed its name to fit a wider range of network, which desires for a well-rounded event experience with quality resources.

We have all sorts, ranging from entertainment, sound system, photography & videography, bridal services to catering & pastries and additional activities that will make your wedding day really memorable not just for you, but for everyone.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform Reconciliations, general ledgers,profit & loss

2. Review quota and cost per wedding as pe weekly, monthly, quaterly and yearly.

3. Follow up with pending payments with clients

4. Keeping track of the incoming and outgoing funds

5. Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

1. Superb in time management and finance skills

2. Proactive and great with details

3. Ability to do it independently

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Language & Proficiency:

1. English, additional language is a bonus

2. MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Education:

1.Certificate of Accounting(Higher Nitec)

2. Diploma in Business Management

3. Diploma in Accounting & Finance

4. Diploma in any related fields

Office Hours: 5 times per week (Attendance at events - extra hours)
