1) Investment Associates
- Candidates will go through seminars with a private equity lawyer to understand about Mergers and Acquisitions, alternative investment classes, venture capital, asset valuation analysis, distressed funding, leveraged buyouts and real estate investments units.
- Candidates will go through seminars with an Economist on areas in Macroeconomic analysis, treasury and equities
- Candidates will go thorough seminars with a fund manager on Unit Trusts and investment hedging techniques, interpretation of funds from funds fact sheets, investment objectives and horizons and etc
- Candidates will be representing the company to speak to institutional clients on corporate investment schemes and business planning
Suitable for : ORD personnel/Current Undergrads with interests/matriculating in areas of Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Economics, Mathematics. Especially suitable for candidates who wishes to explore Investment Banking upon graduation

2) Legal Associates (Intern)
- Candidate will go through fundamental classes in Contract Law, Terms of Contract, Elements of a contract, and common commercial agreements
- Candidate will go through a series of training in estate distribution tools by our lawyer, in areas of Trusts, Wills, LPA, AMD
- Candidates will understand Private Equity from a top notch commercial lawyer
- Candidates will assist to attend to walk in customers from templates on their estate distribution/planning needs
- Suitable candidate will be attached to the lawyer's firm for further grooming in areas of corporate litigation/private equities/research

- To follow director for business meetings and take down important notes during business negotiations
- To prepare presentation slides for director's training/meetings/briefing purposes
- To prepare simple P&L sheets and file for GST returns (Basic)

- To contact interested clients to arrange for business dispatches for them to enhance their products
- To follow up with incomplete forms with clients via email
- To submit application forms via E online platform

2) Business Presentation Officers ($1500/mth)
- To prepare contracts for clients endorsement
- To submit contracts via online platform for analysis and writing
- To communicate with corporate clients on various investment plans and follow up
3) Roadshow Booth Assistants ($10/hour)
- To attend to booths in shopping malls and overseeing the children activities areas (Drawings/Bouncy Castles/Balloon/Face Painting)
