Job Description

Project Description

The intern will support the team in building partnerships with key stakeholders through stakeholder management, international relations and volunteerism, and by working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities / Work Areas

1. Volunteerism efforts

a. Assist in implementing a framework for iChamps (Inclusion Champions) engagement (including curation and mapping of key platforms , i.e. flagship and national level events for participation, planning and logistics of training activities).

b. Support the development of a presentation deck and talking points for iChamps’ public engagements, ensuring alignment with SG Enable’s key messages and event-specific needs.

2. Corporate relations

a. Support in international delegation visits to SG Enable to raise awareness of thought leadership in the region and the wider global community

b. Assist in curating and developing partnership stories (written/videos etc) to be featured our website and social media

3. Event and Stakeholder Support

a. Support in the preparation and coordination of events and meetings

Any other duties / responsibilities assigned

Requirements

i. Open to university/poly undergraduates in any discipline, preferably with an interest in business, communications, and/or social sciences

ii. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

iii. Strong analytical skills with a flair for writing

iv. Ability to contribute as part of a team, while working independently on individual responsibilities with minimum supervision
