JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform front desk duties
- Build good rapport with customers
- Advice on treatments, services and products to clients
- Promote memberships to clients
- Achieve monthly membership sales target
- Follow up with existing members closely
- Manage day to day operations
- Ensure accuracy of administrative duties such as daily spa revenue reports, cash float and other general reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum O Level or equivalent certificate
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Customer service and people management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Self motivated and sales driven
- Training provided
WORKING LOCATION
Various location
WORKING DAYS/ HOURS
1pm - 10pm or 1.30pm - 10.30pm (6 days work week)
SALARY PACKAGE
$2000 - $3000
