JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Joinery – First line maintenance of fixtures and fittings (minor repairs) and air-conditioning.
• Plumbing – unblocking sinks traps and wastepipes, toilets, drains etc.
• To assist in the set-up of the mobile PA/mobile system as and when required.
• Test lighting systems. Replacement tubes, bulbs, fuse starters and diffusers.
• To undertake porterage tasks as required including setting up and clearing away furniture.
• To attend to, where necessary, personnel visiting the sites such as contractors.
• To maintain appropriate records including meter readings, alarm system and repair orders.
• To report emergencies in case of faults with electricity and water to management.
• To comply with the requirements of Health and Safety Standard.
• Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.
• To routinely check on the functionary of the CCTV system and assist in downloading of footage from the DVR for investigative purposes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Service Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar environment.
• Multi-tasking, troubleshooting skill and awareness of work safety.
• Able to work on weekend, Public Holiday & evening when required.
WORKING LOCATION
- Thomson
WORKING DAYS/ HOURS
- 9am - 7pm, 6 days per week
SALARY PACKAGE
- $2500 - $2900
