JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide customer service such as answering of phone calls, emails and walk in
- Provide administrative support on enrollment, attendance records, GIRO and collection of fees etc
- Liaise with suppliers and ensure office equipment, office and pantry supplies are sufficient and in good condition for the operation of the centre
- Ensure cleanliness of the centre
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be very familiar with MS office
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
- Able to converse with parents
WORKING LOCATION
- Robertson Quay
WORKING DAYS/ HOURS
- Mon - Fri : 8am - 5.30pm (Ad hoc Sat when required)
SALARY PACKAGE
- $1800 - $2100
