Title: Customer Success Associate/ Intern
Commitment: 3- 6 months
Salary: $800 - 1000 [ Conversion to full-time after probation ]
Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about processes, products, or services
- Handle and resolve complaints; or refer complex matters to professional or managerial staff.
- Communicate with new and existing clients via text and call
- Liasing with vendors and clients for appointment scheduling
- Participate in optimizing customer experience process
Requirements:
- Polytechnic diploma/ Nitec Certification
- 0.5-2 years experience in customer management or sales
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
- Fluent in english speaking and writing
- Effective communication and basic instructional skills.
- Outgoing and excited proactive in engaging customers
- Ability to resolve complicated customer service issues.
- Team player
Advantageous:
- 1-2 years experience
- Fluent in their mother tounge
