*Responsibilities:**
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities, including preparing materials and coordinating schedules.
- Assist with employee relations initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and employee engagement events.
- Aid in the implementation of training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
- Assist with HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
**Qualifications:**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior HR internship experience is a plus.
