- Job Description
Job Scope:
- Assist in food and beverage projects, including relevant flavour applications, prototype development and sourcing
- Coordinate and support sensory and evaluation projects
- Maintain accurate and retrievable database of all projects and recipes
- Assist in market and consumer trends research
- Perform lab housekeeping
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Undergoing studies in Food Science or relevant fields
- Meticulous, with good organizational skills
- Possess a positive attitude with a customer services-oriented mindset
- No allergies and dietary restrictions due to tasting evaluation requirements
- Able to multitask and take initiative
