Job Description
- Assist in preparation of food and beverage prototypes, refining according to requests and contributing to new product ideas
- Testing of products in various applications, according to project requirements
- Coordinate sensory evaluation panels for further product improvements
- Maintain accurate records of projects, development, and results
- Maintain inventory and cleanliness of laboratories and equipment
- Ensure compliance in accordance to quality and food safety standards
Requirements
- Higher/Nitec in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields
- Meticulous, with good organizational skills
- Able to work well independently and in a team
