The Company has provided Electrical Solutions to a diverse portfolio of Clients in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sector. 

Roles and Responsibilities

* Deep dive into business operations to investigate, review and document existing work processes and challenges

* Research on existing and emerging industry trends, best practices and technologies to onboard to help improve work processes and achieve better operational efficiency 

* Assist in Company's Digitalisation and Automation Efforts (e.g. onboarding of HR and Job Costing Automation Platforms)

* Assist in existing and adopted business process improvement / automation efforts utilizing technologies such as Macros, Visual Basic Automation (VBA) and / or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) etc

Learning Outcomes & Objectives

* Overview of the different Functions of a Small-Medium Enterprise Business

* Insights on the Operations and Processes of a M & E Sub-Contractor / Electrical Service Provider

* Assistance in the Documentation of Business Processes for Company's Digitalisation, Business Continuity and Work Process Improvement efforts 

Requirements

* Local Students from Institutions supported by the Global Ready Talent Programme i.e: NYP, NP, RP, SP, TP, NTU, NUS, SUSS, SIT, SMU, SUTD, SIM, NAFA and Laselle

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

* Relevant Field of Study / Industry: Engineering, Business and Knowledge in Programming, Macros, VBA and RPA preferred
