Responsibilities:
Attend to visitors and handle front desk reception duties
Answer phone calls and direct them to the relevant staff
Monitor and reply to general company emails
Assist with basic customer inquiries
Provide administrative support (filing, scanning, data entry)
Support HR team in basic administrative tasks
Assist in organizing company events and activities
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
Good communication and customer service skills
Responsible, polite, and willing to learn
