Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented intern to join our Investor Relations team to support Sembcorp’s Investor Activities and Communications. As part of the Group Corporate Communications and Investor Relations department in Sembcorp, you will gain exposure and insights to investor relations workstream and activities.

The candidate will need to have effective communication skills and an inquisitive mind. He/she is required to assist to liaise with other departments to gather necessary information for the purpose of material preparation for internal use and investors. Other duties include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of investor contacts, meetings, and team calendars, and assist in managing databases and website content related to investor relations activities.

He/she is also required to provide logistical support for investor events, including, but not limited to, site visits, meetings, and roadshows and prepare relevant materials.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a course in Banking & Finance or any other related disciplines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to tight timelines.
