Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation related to HR processes and HR system in a timely manner
- Setup the knowledge management site of People Services
- Involve in HR analytics related activities.
- Participate in projects to streamline and digitalise HR services including the use of generative AI and automation tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Business / Human Resources
- Be able to work independently and take accountability for the task given
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Possess good communications and collaborative skills
