Job Description

• Compile, verify accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for input into new system

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output

• Support due diligence activities including communications with internal and external contacts and coordinating follow up on due diligence requirements

• Assist in the completion of lower-risk investigative due diligence from initial applications/requests through final disposition

• Perform data reviews to ensure appropriate processes were followed related to third party due diligence, charitable contributions and gifts and entertainment

• Assist the administration of our conflicts of interest program including assigning questionnaires, ensuring timely completion of questionnaires, and assistance with conflict resolution processes

• Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and analysis of key metrics/data points for Group E&C team to assess program effectiveness 

• Assist with the implementation of our team member ethics and compliance education program

• Assist with the management of policies and procedures library

• Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned

• Support and assist in the review of data analytics on anti bribery and corruption payments as well as incidences relating to data loss prevention 

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizations skills

• Strong analytical, data review and analysis, and program administration skills

• Experience with data-driven tools like Excel, Power BI a plus

• Experience with SharePoint not necessary but a plus
