Seletar Country Club – Graphics Designer

MAIN ROLE

As the main Graphics Designer, your role is to create visually inspiring graphic designs for the Club’s communication materials e.g. posters, banners, brochures, advertisements, website, social media, powerpoint presentations.

OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE

· Oversee the Club’s C.I. and its usage

· Take briefs, conceptualise, review and design all marcom and presentation materials

· Coordinate design, production and delivery of materials with external parties

· Manage and update website, social media, digital info systems, photo library

· Prepare weekly EDMs including collating info, write and design

· Manage mailing lists

· Provide admin/logistical support for events, meetings and day-to-day operations (e.g. photography, create/edit videos and slideshows, gift-sourcing, prepare purchase requests, arrange vendor contracts, sourcing quotations, take meeting minutes, etc)

· Events and meetings are usually held on weekday evenings or weekends

· Notwithstanding the above, you are expected to carry out other duties as assigned by the Management


REQUIREMENTS

· Tertiary qualifications in Graphics / Visual Design or similar capacity

· Mastery of Adobe software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and able to prepare files for external printing e.g. large format materials

· At least 3 years’ working experience in similar graphics design role

· Independent self-starter, organized, abled to multi-task between projects, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure

· Applicant must be willing to work in the North-East of Singapore and on occasional weekends for events and club duty

· Singaporeans/PR only
