You will be a valued member of our Finance team, responsible for the routine financial operations of the business.

Finance Associate / Assistant (Contract / Perm Full Time)
Your key responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Issue refunds according to Secretlab’s refund policy
- Respond to Customer Support team on refund requests
- Assisting with bank reconciliation/ payment gateway reconciliation
- Other administrative matters
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Basic understanding and experience with Google suite
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Detail oriented and meticulous attitude
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: From now till end Sep (extendable/ can convert to perm FT)
- Salary: Contract: $10.50/ hr + incentives, Perm full time: TBD
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 11am-8pm
