- In charge of order packing and logistics for ecommerce orders
- Sourcing for and managment of company registration and products onbroading across ecommerce and retailer platforms, locally and globally
- Prepare sales and marketing reports
- Entrusted with customer service queries across ecommerce platforms and social media
- Maintain and manage product reviews and customer feedbacks
