Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance/Accounts Intern to support our finance team in day-to-day operations and assist with system migration activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial processes and exposure to accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices based on contract terms and ensure timely issuance.
• Assist in preparing payments to vendors, including documentation and approvals.
• Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Support GST submission process, including data compilation and review.
• Participate in reconciliation activities during system migration by verifying and validating financial data.
• Assist in data migration tasks, including exporting documents from legacy systems and uploading to new software.
• Maintain proper documentation and perform data housekeeping to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
