The job role is briefly summarised as follows:
- Be the dedicated point of contact for corporate clients (private and public sector, from SMEs to Fortune500 MNCs)
- Develop relationships with senior decision makers of corporate firms to ensure continued and growing business with the clients
- Assess the manpower needs of each particular client and assist clients in identifying the right talents for their organisations
- Actively source for best-fit candidates through various sources, provide career advice to candidates and matching the right talent to the right job
- Manage the client-candidate meeting process through interview to offer stage and beyond
Requirements:
- A bachelors’ degree in ANY discipline
- No prior working experience is required, fresh graduates are welcomed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enjoys people-interaction
- Confident in dealing with senior professionals
- Resourceful and self-driven
- Keen interest in business development
