Headhunting is an exciting profession for those who love to interact with people. From our engagements with corporate clients, we are constantly updated with developments in the market. With industry professionals, we share interesting conversations about their past working experiences and career motivations. If you are personable, come across as energetic, confident, resourceful, and persistent, you will surely enjoy doing this! You will be mentored by our experienced Corporate Recruiter who will guide you on the entire 360-degree job scope - from handling clients to managing candidates.


The job role is briefly summarised as follows:

  • Be the dedicated point of contact for corporate clients (private and public sector, from SMEs to Fortune500 MNCs)
  • Develop relationships with senior decision makers of corporate firms to ensure continued and growing business with the clients
  • Assess the manpower needs of each particular client and assist clients in identifying the right talents for their organisations
  • Actively source for best-fit candidates through various sources, provide career advice to candidates and matching the right talent to the right job
  • Manage the client-candidate meeting process through interview to offer stage and beyond


Requirements:

  • A bachelors’ degree in ANY discipline
  • No prior working experience is required, fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and enjoys people-interaction
  • Confident in dealing with senior professionals
  • Resourceful and self-driven
  • Keen interest in business development
