What You Can Expect 
The SearchAsia Associate Internship Program is a 10-12 week internship program. This is an opportunity to build your fundamental knowledge, professional skills and experiences to take your career in many different areas.

Responsibilities:

• Support to the project teams on recruitment service on a day-to-day basis
• Designing and running recruitment campaigns including the creation of advertisements
• Identify and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organisation
• Screen applications and select suitable candidates
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates
• Managing the recruitment process in full from registering a vacancy to the arrival of the successful recruit
• Developing long term relationships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences

 Academic Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level and above
• No prior experience is required as mentorship will be provided
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven and self-motivated
• Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
• Able to work independently and be a strong team player
• Available for a minimum of 3 months on a full-time basis
• Preferably with immediate availability
