As part of the Business development team for SearchAsia, you will learn first-hand how SearchAsia work, and you will be working closely with corporate hiring managers to attain the right talent. Responsibilities include in sourcing and providing consulting advice through business engagements with mid to senior level executives as well as partnering our clients in strategic talent acquisition activities.
This internship is an opportunity for you to work and learn from motivated colleagues in an open environment, you will have full responsibility and ownership of tasks assigned to you. You will need to work well under pressure while displaying a high level of drive and initiative.
Through this internship, you get to:
- Identify and develop business leads through warm and cold calls
- Perform market research, mapping and analysis to know which clients to target and reach out to
- Establish virtual or face to face meeting and be involved in pitching for our company services to potential clients
- Engage with candidates to assess their suitability availability for career opportunities
Requirements:
- Min A Levels/Diploma
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- People-oriented individual who enjoys networking and building relationships.
- Resourceful and highly self-motivated.
