Responsibilities:
- Be involved in the entire recruitment process, playing a crucial role in the growth and performance of clients
- Resourcing of potential candidates & refer suitable profiles to the team for further assessment
- Identify & qualify business opportunities for the relevant specialisations
- Conduct background researches on potential clients via internet and profile them in our internal database.
- Assist in coordinating and arranging interviews with job applicants
- Assist Recruitment Consultants on administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum “A” Levels/ Diploma
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a fun and fulfilling environment
