Job Description

No related experience required, as 100% on the job training and guidance/ assistance will be given.

Position: Junior Recruitment Consultant/ Recruiter - (Business Development/ Marketing/ Admin duties)

Career Progression at Search Personnel: Internship to Executive Consultant (APAC) to Deputy Consulting Director (APAC)

 

Location: East (Tampines), Singapore (Near MRT and malls x 3)

Working hours: 9.00 to 6.00.PM / Monday to Friday

Salary/ Benefits:

Basic salary up to S$2,000 (Commensurate with your education) - excluding monthly cash incentives 

Cash incentives 

Annual leave and Medical leave as per MOM employment law

Paid training courses - CEI course/ exam if you are offered a permanent role after your internship 

FULL mentorship training

Birthday celebration

Half work-day on the eve of four major public holidays

'Relax' Corner with pool table, massage chair, snacks, tidbits, and drinks

1.5 hours of lunch break daily

Duration: ITE/ Poly/ University internship period

Permanent will be offered to interns that demonstrate good potential during their internship

 

Responsibilities:

Telemarketing, business development to identify and develop strong clients’ accounts, both new and existing business, to achieve sales targets. (Warm leads provided)

Problem-solving and responsible to serve with urgency and commitment to support and fulfill client's needs.

Handle all administrative duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED 

Maturity and commitment to work hard with a “never-say-die” attitude.

A sales-oriented & service-driven personality and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.

Street-smart.

Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and a service mindset.

A fast-learner, energetic, resourceful, focused & responsible individual.

Possess excellent communication and written skills in English
