Seah Kim Cheok Construction Co. (Pte) Ltd  is a construction company specializing  in General Construction and Civil Engineering. Incorporated in 1981, it  has been helm by three generations of builders. A family business at  heart, Seah Kim Cheok Construction Co. (Pte) Ltd believes in building  infrastructures that are safe, functional and sustainable. We believe in  building homes for families to grow in harmony.

Before the  company was incorporated, the founders had been working in the  construction field for over 20 years. Today, bringing over half a  century of experience, Sunpeak Construction Pte Ltd specializes in  residential housings from condominiums to apartments to niche private  housing. We also build projects such as showflats, sales offices,  terrace and detached houses. Other construction activities we are active  in range from additions and alterations, repairs and redecoration to  renovation works.

We are registered with the Building Construction  Authority (BCA) under the Workhead of both General Building and Civil  Engineering as B1 and C1 respectively.

Our projects have gained  gratifying recognition in quality excellence through the BCA  Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS)* . One example is the  Rosevale Condominium.

Additionally, Sunpeak Construction Pte Ltd  has been awarded the Construction Excellence 2000 by BCA and the ISO  9001:2000 and OHSAS 18001:1999 certifications. We believe in adopting  international standards of excellence in workplace safety, structural  integrity and construction quality to showcase to our partners that we  have the highest standards in all our work.

*CONQUAS was developed  by the BCA in conjunction with major public sector agencies, various  leading industry professional bodies, organisations and firms to measure  the quality level achieved in a completed conctruction project

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets and financial plans.
  • Generate monthly accounting (MA) reports, contributing to transparent and efficient financial management.
  • Participate in internal audits, gaining insights into compliance and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist in daily accounting operations, including transaction processing and ledger maintenance.
  • Calculate and monitor project finances, supporting project managers in fiscal decision-making.
