About the Role
We are seeking an experienced real estate professional based in Singapore to join us as a Referral Partner. In this role, you will connect high-net-worth individuals with our UK-based buyer’s agency, which specialises in sourcing new-build apartment units in high-yield UK markets such as Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds. You’ll act as the first point of contact, introducing clients who are serious about overseas property investment and guiding them through the initial stages of engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and refer clients in Singapore who are actively interested in UK property investment.
- Present our agency’s services and investment proposition clearly and credibly.
- Facilitate warm introductions and maintain regular communication with the referred clients until they are onboarded.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless handover and support process.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry (Singapore market).
- Existing network of investors, buyers, or property clients in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with UK property investment is a bonus, but not required (training provided)
