Scrubs Software – Software Engineer

Scrubs offers tools to help doctors save time and reduce administrative burden, natively within the EHR. The company provides easy-to-implement APIs for features including AI medical scribe, automated referral letters, and more. 

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer at Scrubs. The Software Engineer will develop, test, and plan the new features. Future employees will be involved in each step of the software development lifecycle and have the opportunity to learn development standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Computer Science and Software Development skills
• Back-End Web Development expertise
• Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) abilities
• Experience with relevant programming languages like Javascript, C#, or Java. And their respective frameworks
• HTTP, REST, WebSockets
• Good knowledge of Git flow
• Relational database experience, preferably PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with cloud concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Good to have: NextJS, Serverless, NodeJS, PostgreSQL
