Responsibilities
As an intern with the Centers of Excellence, you will be actively involved in initiatives across the varius CoEs including;
Employer Branding Team - Assist with the ideation, design and adaptation of creative assets and content for campaigns and projects on Social Media Platforms (IG @thescootlife, FB GotScootitude, LinkedIn Scoot account)
Talent Development Team - Facilitate orientation/onboarding programs for new joiners and support creation of e-learning content
Wellness Initiatives - Support team to source for new initiatives, craft comms to drive participation and manage implementation
Talent Acquisition - Support Cabin Crew recruitment,from the sourcing of candidates, shortlisting, assessments management, selection, contract offering to on-boarding, partake in campus recruitment related activities
You will also partake in Human Resources projects such as:
The rebranding of Scoot Careers Page,
Cabin Crew Recruitment Campaigns,
Talent Network Platform Setup and Campaigns,
AI Recruiter Project.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human resource/ Human Capital/ Org. Behavior/ Org Design preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of social media tools and trends
Self-starter, takes initiative
Meticulous with an eye for detail
