Job Description

The role of the web portal administrator is to provide timely uploading, management and maintenance of Scooget catalogue & product content, whilst providing operational administration support to Scooget users globally. 

The primary role will be to manage across product categories and upload product content such as descriptions, pricing and images to the Scooget social platform, ensuring that product content is always accurate and kept up to date.

This involves researching, creating, populating and uploading product content files, editing existing content, checking content for consistency, trouble-shooting problems, working with users to provide product information in line with users’ and project expectations.

In addition, you will deal with user support and ad-hoc operational support such as sourcing of product information and tracking of product changes, reporting on latest and trending products. 


·       Upload product information. 

·       Manage text, pricing, categorization and graphics for product content.

·       Verify users provided information for accuracy and completeness. 

·       Users, products and catalogue administration duties.

·       Produce product reports for category management

·       Respond to user requests and enquires

·       Report technical problems and suggestions for improvement.
