As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be at the heart of recruitment, learning from the best in the business while helping unlock career opportunities for people across Singapore.

Your Role
- Craft engaging job postings and attract top talent through multiple channels.
- Screen resumes and support the shortlisting of candidates for client roles.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a great candidate experience.
- Research talent trends and build pipelines for future opportunities.
- Support recruiters with day-to-day operations and real recruitment projects.
- Be a brand ambassador for recruitment as a career that creates opportunities for all.
What We’re Looking For
- Current university undergraduates (Business, HR, Psychology, Marketing or any related fields).
- Committed to a 6-month full-time internship (hybrid: mix of office & WFH).
- Curious, adaptable, and resilient – thriving in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communicator who enjoys purposeful engagement.
