Talent Acquisition Intern (6-Month) 
Hybrid WFH/WFO

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be at the heart of recruitment, learning from the best in the business while helping unlock career opportunities for people across Singapore.

 

What You’ll Experience

  • Hands-on exposure to the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing talent to conduction onboarding orientation and celebrating successful hires.
  • Learn the art of connecting people with opportunities and shaping careers.

Your Role

  • Craft engaging job postings and attract top talent through multiple channels.
  • Screen resumes and support the shortlisting of candidates for client roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Research talent trends and build pipelines for future opportunities.
  • Support recruiters with day-to-day operations and real recruitment projects.
  • Be a brand ambassador for recruitment as a career that creates opportunities for all.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Current university undergraduates (Business, HR, Psychology, Marketing or any related fields).
  • Committed to a 6-month full-time internship (hybrid: mix of office & WFH).
  • Curious, adaptable, and resilient – thriving in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys purposeful engagement.
  • Passionate about careers, people, and making a real impact.
