Part Time / Temp Business Development Associate
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Part Time / Temp Business Development Associate who loves building new relationships. A key day-to-day task will involve assistance in the selection, interview and hiring process, as we source for the right talents for our client.
Job Descriptions:
As ScienTec's Part Time / Temp Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for the business development activities of the organisation and driving of sales growth for the company through the increase of revenue and profits. This includes activities such as lead generation and telemarketing. You will be engaging in discussions to identify new business opportunities, up-sell and cross-sell the suite of services to our clients.
What can you expect?
- Identify and generate new business or revenue opportunities through warm and cold calls
- Generate and gather leads
- Follow through and prepare the terms of business
- Engage in meaningful discussion with clients and stakeholders.
- Grow your accounts with collaboration and support from other team members
Do you have what it takes?
- Min Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree in any field
- Ability to build rapport over the phone and enjoy interacting with new people
- Vigilant with data input in CRM system
- Self-motivated, disciplined and target driven
- No experience required, as training will be provided.
- Learning agility and apply learning during OJT, to demonstrate resourcing skills on various tools and channels given.
