JOB SCOPE(Full Time)
-Manage and update ERP&eWMS
-Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
-Issuance of purchase orders for daily orders
-Liaise with account person in-charge for fulfilment related activities
-Filing of purchase orders
-Follow up approved vendor files to ensure details are updated
-Any other ad-hoc duties that assigned by the management
-Manual Order processing
-Develop effective partnerships with key 3PLs and Vendors
-Develop cost optimization strategies that deliver cost saving
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum “O” Level
* Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
* Good planning and organization skills
* Good communication skills
* Good attitude & responsibility
* at least 1 year of working experience
