School of Concepts is a first of its kind award-winning curriculum that delves into a child's mind, enabling them to scaffold information by first laying a strong foundation in literacy. We engage in phonics-based as well as play-based learning, hence creating a fun, vibrant and interactive learning environment for the little ones. We also occasionally hold workshops and learning journeys for the children to broaden their experience and to bring home valuable memories.

To conduct play-based literacy lessons for children from 18mths to 12 years old. 

• Deliver lessons according to lesson plans
• Prepare lesson materials, props and activities
• Prepare and curate lesson plans for offline and online lessons
• Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
• Determine and update parents on progress reports verbally and online
• Provide feedback based on students' progress and classroom behaviour
• Keep a record of students’ attendance and progress
• Research and keep up to date on new language teaching methods
• Participate in creating, organizing and preparing for thematic workshops for young families
• Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student-teacher and parent-teacher experience

Requirements

• Minimum diploma and above, preferably Early Childhood Care and Education
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A patient and resilient personality
• Passion for teaching
• Dedication to children and education
• Knowledge of various teaching methods
• Experience working with children preferred
