Assists the Learning Solutions (LS) Manager, East Asia Japan compile employee data of all business units before and after training programs
- Assists LS Manager in the learning vendor network creation & validation process
- Compiles of all learning metrics and data sent by countries in EAJ for central initiatives- SMART, Ecostruxure etc
-Create Marketing/promotion material for Learning initiatives
-Maintains and ensures all contracts with L&D vendors are updated
