Job Description

The performance management team is responsible for leading business performance analysis across the Asia Pacific Contract Logistics/SCM division. The team support the business decision-making process by providing effective and informative analysis of revenue and profit (EBIT) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

This role will support the director of performance management to set up dashboards in Power BI for APAC CL business. In addition, this role will support on business analytics, i.e., revenue and profit developments for new businesses and for existing customers.


Specific Accountabilities:

Build a site level financial dashboard in Power BI: 

· Design a standard layout and content for site level financial dashboard 

· Understand existing raw data structure and cleansing data if needed

· Create the visuals in Power BI 

· Test alternative the data input (manual input vs. direct data feed from server)

· Monthly refresh and sanity check on data dashboard

Maintain the existing dashboards in Power BI:

· Gather additional requirements to improve existing dashboards

· Create new visuals in existing dashboards

· Analyse and propose new process to further automate the reporting process

Conduct ad-hoc business analysis and create presentation for senior management: 

· Revenue development of existing customers

· Profitability analysis and comparison by VM/Country/Products/Services
