Job Description

Management Reporting Automation Project

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders from Customer Service, Reporting, Sales, Finance, SCM, etc to streamline and automate the various Management Reporting including mapping of MRO customers reporting

  • Assist in collation or gathering of data from central data SOCO, SAP and Business Warehouse

  • Use of ACCESS or Excel Marcos to consolidate the data, formulate automation for reporting per Management requirement
  • Reports to automate: FF, Weekly OB, Certificate of Origin, MRO, etc

Folders Reorganization

  • Assisting in the ownership assignments for folders and data access rights in our Portal for Customer Service, Reporting and Planning Dept

RASI Chart

  • Customer Service RASI project to look into the interfaces and align with stakeholders

Other Operational Tasks

  • SAP quotation closure. Liaising with Sales and working with Customer Service to provide data input into SAP system to close the quotation based on reasons

  • Triggering of Request for Material Master (RFMM) for new items

  • Support in Schaeffler Store project for the necessary support in data management

  • Assist OEM Team on operational tasks not limited to: Monitoring of Outbound Summary file, check for excess stock for scrapping etc

Your Qualifications

  • Have or currently undertaking a Business-related degree course

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Meticulous and comfortable with handling large amount  of data

  • Excellent with Microsoft Office Applications.

  • Excel macros skills is a must with/ or Access database

  • Available for at least 6 months, starting from August 2017
