Key Responsibilities

As a Tourism Host Intern, you will assist the team in enhancing visitor experiences and supporting daily operations. Your main tasks include:

• Customer Engagement & Support
• Assist visitors with information on tours, attractions, and experiences.
• Support guided tours and workshops to ensure smooth customer flow.
• Operations & Coordination
• Assist in setting up and maintaining experiential centre/workshop areas.
• Marketing & Promotion
• Support social media content creation (photos, videos, captions, stories).
• Research & Reporting
• Prepare reports and feedback summaries to improve visitor experiences.
