Scenestealer – Creative Event Coordinator (Internship)

Scenestealer is Singapore’s homegrown creative event agency. We take pride in transforming big creative ideas into experiential events to connect and engage audience in the most meaningful way. We are often spotted at organising some of the crowd-stirring events in this city, virtual, physical or hybrid. A dynamic team geared with a portfolio of creative installations, experiential activations, campaign launches, festive campaigns and many more!

We're looking for interns to join our Creative Events Team.

No experience required as long as you have a wondrous attitude at work and able to think on your feet with the agility to respond quickly.

Minimum duration: 3 – 6 months

Job Scope:

• Assist Creative Events team in planning, event budgeting and execution of events
• Research, conceptualise and develop ideas for creative proposals
• Source for suppliers and materials
• Coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide on-site support for assigned events including set-ups and tear-downs
• Logistics and administrative support as assigned
