ScaleStack – Software Engineer Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as a software engineer to build the next phase of our application. Our application help companies build their digital solutions and you would be playing a pivotal role in shaping their experience. Furthermore, you will be reporting directly to the management and have many opportunities to suggest or implement new initiatives.

As a software engineer trainee, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. Learning objectives: - Gain experience in developing applications via being fully involved in both front end and backend development - Learn how to translate user requirements into the overall architecture and implementation of their requirements - Build leading SaaS products - Acquire project management and leadership skills via spearheading new initiatives - Hone critical thinking skills by ideating feasible solutions to further improve the design and functions of current systems Responsibilities: - Spearhead new initiatives such as building the next product for our application - Manage the planning roadmap and timeline for the next phase of the customers’ requirements - Work with multiple stakeholders to improve the application - Design client-side and server-side architecture Requirements: - Polytechnic/University student or graduate - Knowledge of multiple front ends (eg. HTML, JavaScript) and languages (eg. Swift, Kotlin, Typescript, etc.) - Good communication and teamwork skills Benefits: Opportunity for full-time conversion if your performance is good
