Savour Events Pte Ltd – Events Intern

We are looking an individual with the following personal traits:

• A passion for unique experiences in the culinary space
• A creative streak and is motivated to seeing proprietary ideas come to life
• A keen eye for detail and a naturally meticulous nature

This individual has the capacity to do the following:

• Simple design work on promotional collaterals for events
• Research potential vendors, partners and sponsors, both locally and regionally
• Deliver all designated objectives within timeline
• Conduct research on F&B vendors, outlets, partners, restaurants etc. using available resources based on search criteria.
• Compilation of relevant information through research in an excel sheet (e.g. contacts, address, name of PIC)
• PowerPoint slides- to work on presentation decks as required
• Collect chef profile and store information etc. for those who will be joining our event. This information should be in reference with the information given by events team supervisors.
• In charge of collating inventory for events e.g. # of lanyards we have, and ensuring that inventory is updated in an accurate and timely manner
• Attending external meetings with vendors, suppliers, partners etc.
• Participating and assisting during event
• Other events administrative work as required
