Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Support operations and learn key features of employee benefits, with focus in 1-2 areas:

1. Employee Insurance: renewal, census, payment, claim advisory

2. Leave and Benefit Plans: leave, medical/holiday/flexible benefits, re-design and enhancement, user guide

3. Policy and Communication: policy review and alignment, employee communication and awareness

4. Data Dashboard and Analysis: data crunch into business storyboard

5. Automation: convert repetition into automation

6. Ops Improvement: process mapping, identify improvement potential, implement solutions

7. Event and Corporate Partners: roadshows, lunch talk, long service awards, corporate partnership

The assigned role will take into consideration both interest and competency.

 

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate in Business, HR, Data, Automation, Events, Communications; or in

other undergraduate studies with interest to explore indicated job areas

• Meticulous and numerate with keen eye in problem-solving

• Good in MS Excel with aptitude in IT tools and application

• Interact well at all levels and strong in written and verbal communication

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
