• Generate accurate and timely sales quotation using sales portal system for the entire sales team.
• Perform data entry to sales portal, as required.
• Handle phone calls or email enquiries from sales representatives, converting these calls into sales enquiries.
• Follow up with internal customers to ensure that the generated quotations are well received.
• Perform fortnightly updates of sales reporting, including the number of quotations generated and number of successful transactions.
• Provide analysis of generated reports to management.
• Provide administrative assistance to Reporting Manager.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
