As the brand continues to strengthen, the company has a superb immediate opportunity for an ambitious Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join the team.   This is a new role, supporting the Head of Marketing, and will be focused on managing a number of critical business KPIs.   The position will suit someone in early to mid-career who is looking for the next career step.

Job Description

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing our customer and product analytics and data, turning reports into marketing plans, specifically for all our online campaigns (direct and indirect). This individual will also manage our day-to-day contact strategy to nurture and develop relationships with customers across a variety of defined sets and act as the first port of call for customers engaging with the business. 

The areas of responsibility will develop over time as the business expands but will this individual will:

  1. Take responsibility for segmenting and analyzing our customer database
  2. Create defined customer sets and identifying the appropriate campaigns (online and offline) to grow revenues and increase sales
  3. Provide weekly reports on campaign performance including engagement, revenue generation etc.
  4. Implement our customer satisfaction strategy by creating quarterly tailored surveys, which in turn can be turned into improving processes to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
  5. Take responsibility for all customer-related engagement in relation to delivery or product issues, special orders, complaints etc.

Required Skills & Experience

The successful candidate is expected to have all or at least most of the following characteristics:

  • Passion to learn about marketing including both digital and traditional channels 
  • Familiarity and ease of managing data and multiple reporting platforms such as MS Excel, Google Analytics, Shopify and other reporting platforms
  • Familiarity and ease with social media platforms and reporting
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Superb people and customer service skills
  • A proactive mindset, with a demonstrable ability to take initiative and responsibility for tasks
  • A flexible approach to work with an ability to take on tasks and support colleagues as the business requires  
  • A positive, friendly personality with a ‘can-do’ outlook
